About us

The Association is the governing body of archery within the county of Staffordshire.

We are affiliated to the West Midlands Regional Archery Society along with Herefordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire and to ArcheryGB which is the governing body for the sport of archery in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Our objectives include

promoting the sport of archery in all its forms within the county of Staffordshire
providing a connection between archers and their clubs and the West Midland Archery Society - the regional governing body - and ArcheryGB - the national governing body.
holding championships and provide teams for inter-county competitions
providing guidance, assistance and arbitration to its members

Many of our clubs boast an impressive history going back many years and the County Clubs produce many of the top archers in the country.
